Our friend Sean, who is currently completing bomb school in Florida, has Columbus Day off and decided to come back to Seattle for the weekend. He came over to see our house for the first time and we were so excited to be able to spend more than just a quick brunch with him! He absolutely adores Zoey, and before we headed out for lunch and frozen yogurt, he presented her with a gift: Her first baby pumpkin!!
All last week, he was telling us how he couldn't wait to see Zoey again! So sweet :)

Although we spent more time with him than we did during his last visit, it still wasn't long enough. We're sad that he's going to be gone for Halloween this year, and won't get to see Zoey in action with her pumpkin, but he'll be back in time for Christmas festivities. He graduates in December and we are so proud of all he's accomplished! (Have you seen The Hurt Locker? The guy in the bomb suit...that will be him, if duty calls!)
